General Home Inspection

Construction plans

The company’s philosophy is very simple…we provide objective, honest and professional evaluations of property conditions to help homebuyers make informed decisions. We have a high regard for our clients and we respect the fact that they rely on us to assist them during the home buying process.

AccuCheck home inspection reports are always available within 24 hrs. after the  home inspection is completed and include:

  • A comprehensive report on the condition of all major systems and components of the house
  • An Executive Summary Listing Items of Major Concern
  • Digital Photos of Defects
  • Cost Estimate Guide for Home Upgrades

For Buyers
During an Accucheck home inspection, over 400 items are examined from foundation to roof. We encourage you to attend the inspection as this is your opportunity to get to know your prospective new
home.  We take our inspection reports seriously. Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home. The report includes a clear description of what we've found, with any problem areas noted so you can easily identify them. We provide free telephone consultations after your inspection.

For Sellers
A house that is correctly priced without major issues will sell faster. Surveys have shown that it is much more profitable for the seller to fix any deficiencies and offer a home in good condition than to make concessions to the buyer for discovered deficiencies.

A pre-listing home inspection can detect unknown problems or potential upgrades that you may want to address prior to selling your home.  This usually results in a smoother transaction for both parties.
Having a pre-listing inspection can save you a great deal of time and money. We will give you an objective and expert opinion on the condition of your house, property and all the major systems. If you can present a home for sale without unknown defects,  it will sell more quickly and without the last minute surprises that the buyer’s inspector may turn up which can sometimes ruin a sale or cause costly concessions.
